Mike Turner serves as WCPA's Executive Director with responsibility for legislative and government affairs, member programs and services, board of director management and office administration. Mike has served as Administrator of Career Development with LTV Steel Mining Company and most recently as Executive Director of the Minnesota Logger Education Program. Mike has earned two degrees from the University of Minnesota; a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Science and a Master of Education degree in Natural Resource Management. Mike resides in Sun Prairie with his wife Brenda and three daughters; Briana, Mikala, and Natalie.

Joan Viney serves as WCPA's Office Manager with responsibility for database and website management, assisting with financial responsibilities, and miscellaneous communications and member service. Joan has experience working as a technical support specialist, database administrator, bookkeeper, graphic artist and web developer. Joan lives in Waunakee, WI with hobbies as a Rodeo Producer, portrait artist and photographer.
